PureTunes is a music production company that focuses on creating music that glorifies the Name of Jesus and uplifts, encourages, and empowers people of all ages.
Music is one of the most powerful tools of communication, influence, and life that we know. When music is aimed at building people up, people begin to see the world in a different way as well as their neighbors who also live in the world.
We all experience trouble, but the love of God brings us through the trouble and causes us to see in a greater way.
The goal of PureTunes is to communicate that love.

Hey! My name is David Johnson.
I firstly want to thank you for coming. I'm glad to have you here. My goal is to help you develop your songwriting and music production skills.
Music has always been an important part of my life. Born to parents who are musicians, I naturally was attracted to the art. As I grew up, I realized that music was part of the purpose that I was created for. I began producing my own music, with the purpose of sharing encouraging messages with others. This inspired to PureTunes. As I connected with other aspiring musicians I began to help them develop their music skills.
I enjoy other arts and industries -- some of these being game design and filmmaking.
If you're here reading this, you probably know that music is a part of your purpose. If this is you, you probably have come face-to-face with this menace: writer's block. I have dealt with and, truthfully, still have to fight it at times. However, I have a strategy.
So, I want to give something to you. I've written a guide that you can get for FREE, called
